Colorado Mountain Elopement at Piney River Ranch
Piney River Ranch was the perfect setting for Natalie & Liam’s Colorado elopement. The couple flew from New Jersey to the Rocky Mountains for their intimate elopement weekend. We initially started planning out the vision for their day months ago, knowing that picturesque Colorado views were of most importance. The day started off at the Four Seasons Vail. Located in the heart of Vail Village, the Four Seasons Vail was the perfect spot to kickoff the couple’s elopement weekend! I joined Natalie and Liam mid-day while the two got ready in their suite.
When initially planning out their elopement, Natalie and Liam were hopeful for a private ceremony somewhere in with beautiful views. Piney River Ranch checks all boxes! After getting ready together and cocktails on the terrace at the Four Seasons Vail, we headed to Piney River Ranch. The two read each other vows and enjoyed a picnic by the lake. Following the afternoon at Piney River, we headed back into town to top off the night at Chasing Rabbits Vail.
The tone of the day was what I appreciate most about photographing elopements – Natalie and Liam were present, relaxed, and enjoyed a day together with scenic Colorado views. It was such an honor to photograph their elopement!
