Tess and Spencer’s downtown wedding was at Coohills Restaurant. In wedding planning, their search for a downtown Denver wedding venue was set on finding somewhere elegant and inviting with a focus on fine dining. This connected with me right away! One of the reasons Scotty and I chose Acre as our wedding venue was for the dining experience and ambience.

Their September 2023 wedding was on a perfect fall day! Guests joined the couple in the heart of the city for an intimate, heartfelt celebration. It was blue skies and a comfortable, warm temp all day!

The two started the day at Hotel Indigo. We took photos in front of Union Station. Spencer’s classic convertible car made an appearance and it was the perfect touch for photos! The ceremony took place on the historical Wewatta Bridge. Afterward the couple and guests enjoyed an ultimate dining experience.

Being a sucker for city weddings, I appreciate the many wedding venues in downtown Denver. Some of the best wedding venues in Denver Colorado are in the heart of the city. Below is a list of other downtown Denver wedding venues to consider. With this in mind, Coohills is a top contender for a romantic spot to host a wedding! Above all, the culinary experience is perfect for a date night in the city.
