Getting Ready at Modern Luxe Denver Halcyon Hotel
In the heart of the Cherry Creek neighborhood, Denver Halcyon Hotel is the perfect luxury, boutique hotel for getting photos to start a wedding day. The unique ambience transcends typical hotel experiences. Expect sleek design elements, thoughtfully curated art pieces, and high-quality finishes throughout the hotel. Overall, the Denver Halcyon Hotel offers a sophisticated yet warming ambience, blending modern luxury with local touches to create an engaging experience for guests. Ashley and her crew rented one of the suites with skyline views and the Rocky Mountains in the backdrop.

Romantic First Look at Botanic Gardens
When Ashley expressed interest in a first look at the Denver Botanic Gardens, I was fully on board! It’s one of my favorite Denver wedding venues, in addition to being a picturesque backdrop for all types of photo sessions. We lucked out with minimal crowds and perfect Colorado weather. Their first look took place in the Woodlands Mosaic Solarium of the Botanic Gardens, where the two exchanged vows.
Ceremony at Moss Denver | Moss Denver Photos
After romantic wedding photos at the Denver Botanic Gardens, it was party time! Their wedding was at Moss Denver, an urban industrial wedding and event venue in Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District. With exposed rafters, polished cement floors, and large factory style windows, the vibe here is both urban and inviting. Their elegant florals and minimalist greenery added a warm feel to the industrial setting.
Modern, Lively Reception for Moss Denver Wedding
After an intimate wedding ceremony, guests were invited to the other side of the venue for cocktails. Ashley & Andy were joined by their wedding party and families for a round of photos before individual sunset portraits and dinner to top off the day of celebration.
