These two have been in front of my camera before and I was ecstatic when they reconnected with me for wedding photography. Downtown Napa Rooftop Welcome Celebration
First, the wedding weekend began in downtown Napa. The couple welcomed guests for an intimate rooftop party at the Archer Hotel – where after a round of rainstorms, we were graced with a rainbow! It was a picture-perfect photo opportunity and a nod to the beautiful weekend ahead. The night continued with cocktails and Hors d’oeuvres.
The Estate Yountville | A Luxurious Wedding Venue
Caiman & Allison’s wedding took place at the Estate Yountville, a boutique luxurious lifestyle destination set on on 22-acre village. Voted the most beautiful boutique hotel in Napa Valley, it’s easy to fall in love with the serenity and charm of the property. Two unique retreats sit inside the Estate Yountville: the Vintage House and Hotel Villagio, both stylish and picture-perfect settings for wedding festivities.
Minimalist, Upscale Vibes
It was all sunshine on Caiman & Allison’s wedding day at the Estate Yountville. The couple were hoping for their day to have a quiet luxe look and feel to it; an undertone of luxury throughout all of the spaces was of high importance. Guests dressed to impress: ‘black’ was the dress code, allowing guests to have their own twist on black-tie attire. The floral artistry of Bellevue Florals pulled together minimalist, romantic vibes while complimenting the outdoor ceremony’s natural aesthetic. Minimalist upscale vibes were the backdrop for an unforgettable wedding at the Estate Yountville.
Intimate, Courtyard Wedding at the Estate Yountville
One of my favorite moments from the wedding day itself was the courtyard ceremony. The couple chose for their first look to be the moment Allison was walking down the aisle. White roses lined the walkway, enhancing the romantic, classic surroundings of the Estate Yountville. There wasn’t a dry eye during their heartfelt ceremony.
Dance party in the Barrel Room at the Estate Yountville
A roaring 20s party met a Napa Valley vineyard once the sun set. Post cocktail hour and dinner, the dancing portion of the night took place in The Barrel Room. Grand wrought-iron chandeliers, exposed brick walls, and high ceilings add tons of ambiance to this classic Wine Country venue. Champagne, Espresso Martinis, and Spicy Margaritas were flowing. The couple’s second look was a perfect ode to their own personal style in a party environment. After changing from her custom Donna Beth bridal dress, Allison slipped into her night look: a couture Galia Lahav dress. Nobody left the dance floor, which is an obvious sign to a perfect ending to their Estate Yountville wedding.
All around, this California wedding was stylish, heartfelt, elegant, and full of love. There is something special about destination weddings and this is one I cherish photographing!
